#TreatYoself To These Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Chocolate Truffles Hero Image

The chocolates are best stored in the fridge in an airtight container and best eaten within a few days, which shouldn’t be a problem at all 😉

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup nut butter of your choice
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom ground
  • 40 grams dark chocolate, melted

Top it with fruit soaked in honey just because it tastes good 🙂

Important Note: If you want to make this fabulous recipe, you’ll need to marinate the fruit for a whole day, so make sure you do that the day before! The mixture then needs to set for 48 hours before it can be consumed! A long process I know, but trust me, it’s totally worth it 😉

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • a fruit or fruits of your choice

Ingredients (Panna Cotta)

  • 1 teaspoon unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons cold water
  • 1 cup canned, coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

Ayurvedic Soup To Boost Your Metabolism + Calm Inflammation Hero Image

Important Note: If you want to make this fabulous recipe, you’ll need to soak the mung beans overnight, so make sure you do that the night before!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 cups whole mung beans
  • 12 cups water
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin seed
  • ¼ teaspoon rock salt (plus more, to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons minced coriander

  • 1 vanilla bean, insides scraped out
  • 60ml of ginger juice
  • 60ml lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina extract
  • 1 tablespoon maca root
  • 2 medjool dates
  • Turmeric, spirulina powder, and organic sprinkles to garnish (optional)

You Won't Believe These Chili Cheese Nachos Are Actually Meat- And Dairy-Free Hero Image

Loaded Nachos are the best, these are even better 😉

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients (Sauce)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ to ¾ teaspoon sea salt, to taste
  • 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small red capsicum, diced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 400g can diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 400g can lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 1 400g can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1½ teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • Cheese Sauce (see below)
  • Corn tortilla chips, for serving
