Date Truffles

Medjool dates are a great source of fiber and provide you with a ton of energy. Indulging has never felt so good 😉


  • 8 medjool dates, pitted
  • ½ cup crunchy nut butter (of your choice)
  • ¾ cup dark chocolate, melted


1. With a small paring knife, slice one side of date, creating a slit. Open up the date and stuff with 2 teaspoons of nut butter. Then dip the date into the melted chocolate, place on top of greased waxed paper. Repeat. Eat as soon as chocolate has set, or for speedier process place truffles in the fridge.
